And these are just a few members of the Dreemz team. You’re invited to meet the whole team at the investor presentation.

Our Investors

Of course. Suitable investors will be able to meet Yuval Manzura, the CEO of Dreemz, as well as the rest of the team in person.

Unfortunately, you can’t. Once the company reaches its fundraising goals, this round of investments will be closed.

It’s simple:

    1. Leave your details on our website
    2. We’ll schedule a call to provide more detais
    3. We’ll have an in-person or Zoom meeting followed by your registration as a potential investor (unless you’re already an accredited investor) after which we’ll provide you with the full investment details
    4. If it’s a good fit for both sides, we’ll sign the documents and the investment will be made

Congratulations! We’re now partners on the journey to Dreemz’ success.

On average, the whole process takes between two days and two weeks.

The Israel Securities Authority limits us to providing this offer to up to 35 investors (excluding qualified investors and venture capital funds).  Accordingly, we have defined the minimum investment threshold.

Yes. Once the company reaches its fundraising goals, this round of investments will be closed.

In general, there are three main ways to profit from startup investments:

  1. Exit – When a large company recognizes the startup’s unique value and acquires the company
  2. IPO – When the startup reaches maturity and becomes publicly traded, allowing investors to sell or trade their holdings
  3. Profit sharing (dividends) – When the startup establishes a profitable business model and can share its financial success

Important note: Investing in any startup company carries risk, including the possibility of losing your investment. Before investing, it’s crucial to carefully evaluate:

  • The management team (remember, you’re investing in people)
  • Market potential and size
  • Timing and opportunity
  •

Leave your details and we'll contact you

After leaving your details, you will also receive the investor presentation.
